Xen devel - Jul 2008 - build failure

Hi,

c/s 18166 causes below build failure.
The compiler does not find ./tools/include/xen/xen.h due to
a missing -I include path parameter.

Thanks. My build box had stale header files installed in /usr/include which
prevented build failure. :-(

I can confirm c/s 18176 fixes the build failure.
