[Xen-devel] [block issue] latest changset set''s block issue
In our nightly test, we found the following block issue in latest change set, which can block our nightly testing. Could anybody have a look at this issue? (1) IA32/PAE/IA32E: Linux guest OS may fail to boot up normally in VMX domain, guest OS complains with the one of following info: -- "BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0!" -- "Kernel BUG at include/asm/spinlock.h:146!" See attached snapshot. The reproduce step is: ---------------- 1.Preapare a Linux Guest OS image 2.Preapare a configuration file with vcpu=4, acpi=1, apic=1 3. xm cr "configuration file" (2) In x86_64 platform, Windows XP and Vista UP VMX domain causes Xen0 hangs. Keir will have a look at this. Ping _______________________________________________ Xen-devel mailing list Xen-devel@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-devel
