Xen devel - May 2005 - RE: i have made some updated debian packages to use2.0-testing...

I have no x86_64 available alas.

But that being said, all I really did was take the ''official''
diff (that
makes xen into something you can run dpkg-buildpackage) and make it work
against testing. dpkg-buildpackage gives you all the debs you''ll find
in
the official distribution, including the kernel patch, which you could
install and build a kernel of any flavour you like.

Is x86_64 supported in ''2.0-testing'', or only in
''unstable''? making
adam''s debian package work against testing required very little effort.
I could see that making it work against unstable could be a bit more
tricky.

Just in unstable - it''ll be part of the 3.0 release.  -testing is
fairly
conservative, just bug fixes and little extra features.

I''ve started working on xeno-unstable debian packages (i386 only for
the
moment)

They can be found with the following sources.list :

deb http://schieli.dyndns.org/debmirror/xen unstable main
deb-src http://schieli.dyndns.org/debmirror/xen unstable main

I currently have some scripts to build them in a semi automatic way from
bk repo.
