[Xapian-discuss] Compiling xapian-bindings without root access
I've just added a new section to xapian-bindings INSTALL documentation
which describes how to install and use the PHP, Python, and Tcl bindings
without root access:

I know people have asked about this on the list before, so I thought I
should document it comprehensively in the obvious place.

This should also note you need to provide the --prefix option to configure.
