Integrate Xapian into an application or framework Project
Hello, My name is Shibajyoti Debbarma, 2nd Year B.Tech. , Dhirubai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gujarat. I have been developing Android Applications and Games for the last 2 Years and I have also published Open Source Projects on Github (Links Below). I have very good knowledge about UI design. I have also developed an Educational Learning Application, launching soon in Play Store. I went through the ideas page and Project: Integrate Xapian into an application or framework suits me the most since I have skills which which I can utilise to contribute to this community. Have you been through our guide for potential GSoC students (https://trac.xapian.org/wiki/GSoC%20Guide)? That's a good place to get started with Xapian. For the project itself, you'll have to write a proposal of what you actually want to do. Our project listings are there to provide some ideas and suggestions of things we think would make good projects, but part of GSoC is for you to plan and propose something specific. Integrate Xapian into an application or framework Project
Hey James, I have gone through the documentations and the code baseof xapian. So, Is the integration of xapian into an android framework a new project? If I'm wrong , please provide me the links and I'll start working for bugs and patches right away?
