Hi, I am graduate student from Pakistan with research interests lying in machine learning and information retrieval. I would like to contribute to Xapian in bug fixes. For that matter, I need help to get started. I have successfully checked out and build the code . Can you please guide me regarding documentation (existing code) and generation of test cases? There?s information about the test suite in xapian-core/HACKING (which you should read anyway), which also points to xapian-core/docs/tests.html, which is available online at <http://xapian.org/docs/tests> and provides some suggestions on how to write tests for Xapian. Opening another email thread losing the context of that conversation, which makes it harder for anyone to help you. In any case, I?d wait for a reply to your previous email.
