I think it is - I believe that''s the MingW-ruby19 distribution
that''s
used to build wxruby-2.0.0 for that platform. It''s certainly the one I
use.

The wxruby-ruby19-2.0.0-x86-mingw32.gem has been built with ruby-1.9.1-p0.
This version is binary incompatible with recent versions of ruby-1.9.1
(p129, p243) and ruby-1.9.2-preview1.
The upcoming wxruby-2.0.1 release will fix this issue.
