wxruby users - Apr 2004 - wxruby-swig 0.0.11

The only changes are Nick''s Mac fixes to the rakefile and App.i. This 
might be "the one" for Macs.

Yup, it builds!

The only non-perfect output is the warnings I''ve posted before from 
Icon.cpp and MenuBar.cpp.

I tried running samples/test.rb and samples/minimal/nothing.rb and both 
gave me this error:
