Summary: auimanager load_pane_info fails

Initial Comment:
methods expects wxString but gets a String
changing:
  void LoadPaneInfo(wxString pane_part, wxAuiPaneInfo &pane);
To:
  void LoadPaneInfo(const wxString& pane_part, wxAuiPaneInfo &pane);
in wxAuiManager.h fixed it
