Summary: Add a each_page method to AuiNotebook class

Initial Comment:
I wrote this little helper method to iterate over the AuiNotebook pages.

  class Wx::AuiNotebook
    def each_page
      for i in 0..(get_page_count-1) do
        yield get_page(i)
      end
    end
  end

My suggestion is to add that method to wxruby.
