Summary: ObjectPreviouslyDeleted error when exiting bigdemo

Initial Comment:
On Windows and Linux, an ObjectPreviouslyDeleted exception is sometimes raised
when closing the bigdemo. This appears to be triggered only if a part of bigdemo
which displays a separate frame has been shown.
