wine users - Jul 2009 - err:shell:SHCoCreateInstance class not found in registry

My wine version is 1.1.25 and unde my .wine directory i have installed directx9,
vcrun2005sp1 and internet explorer 6(needed by metin2 in order to load
properly).

For some days i have notice something. If i type winecfg, wine dxdiag , wine
control, wine regedit or if i install a game using the command wine
game-name.exe i keep getting a lot of lines on my console :

And trust me when i say a lot of lines they are plenty. 
What is the cause for that ? And of course if there is a way to fix this?
