wine users - Jul 2009 - Excel 2003 crash

Hi All
I hope I'm not repeating a solved issue. If so, please let me know. I
installed Office 2003 under wine 1.0.1 on ubuntu UE 2.2. The install went fine
and all office programs work except for excel. It keeps crashing when I open it.
when I run the exe from the command line (wine excel.exe), I get this:

Any help would be appreciated.

Upgrade Wine. Your version is really old.

After that set riched20.dll to native in winecfg (it comes with office so no
need to copy it from anywhere).

Can you try updating to Wine 1.1.24/1.1.25 and see if the error goes away?

If not can you file a bug report on Bugzilla after searching the bug list?
