wine users - Apr 2009 - Archhive down?

I'm kind of new here.  Just trying to grab version 1.1.14 for my Ubuntu
installation to install Word 2007, but I can't seem to get at
wine.budgetdedicated.com.  The DNS resolves fine, just no server connection.  Is
this a common problem?  Out of bandwidth, mayhaps?

1.1.14 is no longer available at wine.budgetdedicated.com - the current version
on there is 1.1.18 (and soon 1.1.19 probably). If budgetdedicated.com is
offline, try again later - it's offline sometimes.
