[Wine] Weird error.

Hello everybody, i 'm new here, i 'm new with linux and i want break up
friendship with windows :)

but... i run the game(Ancient Conquest), it was made 10 years ago and dont work
on windows XP(for me, maybe for someone work).

Problem is with ...yea what's the problem. i ran setup of this game and
installed to C:\Program Files\Ancient Conquest\. i run it after i used CD to
enter folder with executeable file. Game worked fine, but after reboot it
crashes ? i reinstalled the wine, game, everything. And i received these errors
from console :

I googled, i checked AppDB, but there is only the newest games.
If you need any configuration wine file please tell me.

It will be great.

Anyone know how to run Conquer online ? i heard it's very hard to start it.

That's your problem? Why in the name of the flying spaghetti monster
are you running it as root?

A) The program isn't installed for root, so will fail. B) root doesn't
have access to $DISPLAY, so it fails.

Thank you ! it works. i didnt think about run it as user O_O

Anyone have got FAQ how to run Conquer online ? i saw there is one on AppDB, but
it's pretty old.
My conquer online fails when i choose Definition Quality(high or normal)... 

it's not all of console output after command : wine play.exe

[Wine] Weird error.

(Whoops, replied to the wrong place, sorry Austin)

I used OpenSuse a while ago. sax2 is Suse's graphics configuration program.
Often (always?) you need to reconfigure X after you install NVIDIA's
drivers.try tunning sax2 -r -m 0=nvidia in a terminal. I believe it only
works as root. (The -r is important, I'm not so sure about the rest.) The
screen will flash a bit and the display settings should pop up with the name
of your card and the "Enable 3D Acceleration" box already checked.
