wine users - Jun 2008 - 1.0rc3 rubberbanding CoH

Since the installation of 1.0rc3, the rubberbanding on City of Heroes has been
inescapably horrid.  Logging in and out multiple times usually solves this
problem: it no longer does so.

Any suggestions?
