[Wine] app installing problem

im trying to install WorkBench software for electronic simulation on Fedora
Core 6 and when i execute the setup.exe to install the software i get this
error...

any ideas? i may be missing some .dll files???

This is the "Windows installer", and it appears it is included in 
current versions of Wine. What version of Wine are you using?
