wine users - Feb 2005 - Installation and execution of Winetools with RedHat 9

Although I've applied the RedHat 9 errata to my glibc, Winetools still
doesn't seem to be working 100% - eg when I try to select the Control
Center option, I get the following error messages - any suggestions,
please?
