Hi, I am missing the scroll bars in the bmed application (https://hubrichn.dyndns.org/bmed.tar.gz) If you click on "Vertrieb > Auftag erfassen" and then on the "finde"-button there should be scroll bars, but they are not appearing. What can I do to locate the failure??? Can someone help me?? Yours, Nicolai ---- Diese Nachricht wurde auf Viren und andere gefaehrliche Inhalte sowie Spam untersucht.

At the first attempt to run bmed.old/bmed/bmed.exe I got a failure indicating it was expecting this to be Y:\bmed\bmed.exe I changed the drive configuration and added the Y: drive, and now (after about 10 minutes in which nothing happen) I get complaints that it cannot connect to some 192.xxx tcpip address. The program quits after this. You must add some instructions it seems. Rein. -- Rein Klazes rklazes@xs4all.nl
Hi, sorry! This is to be configured in the bmed.cf. You have to change it to the ip of your PC, In the Line beginning with Server=. You have to extract the archive into /opt/bmed. You can change this directory in the bmed.cf aswel. There is an parameter call "DatenPfad" where this is declared. In this directory you have to start odbd. This client is located in the bmed folder. This folder is to be copied in the home folder of the user. Your problem was my first problem as well. It consists aut of two parts: the server and the client. The server is no real sql db server. Because of this the directory is required. Hope this helps. Hi, I have uploaded a new version of the file with a little more documentation. I hope it is working "out of the box". I have uploaded the rar archive I got. Unfortunatly, I have never tried it under Windows, but it is meant to be run from a CD without any modification or installation. https://hubrichn.dyndns.org/BmedDemoCD.rar Nicolai Am 23.06.2004 um 17:52 schrieb Rein Klazes:> On Wed, 23 Jun 2004 13:17:29 +0200, you wrote: > >> I already have.
