Everquest isn't going to work for a while - it's a DX6 game, and it
also relies on the Direct3D retained mode which isn't supported yet.
It's possible that with our new HAL work, we'll be able to do the
DX6 stuff it needs soon, but you'd then have to use Microsoft's
Direct3D retained mode DLL until we have a replacement.
