That is where it is in Wine-20010216. Maybe it was there last year too.
Maybe before you run ldconfig you should put a line
/usr/local/lib
in /etc/ld.so.conf
If that is where libwine.so.1.0 and the dll's are (did we have separate
dlls that long ago?). Then maybe ldconfig would do something. Maybe
not. I don't know how that rpm is meant to be set up, or if the entity
who made the rpm knew what it was doing.>
