win32utils devel - Apr 2013 - File.group and File.grpowned?

Hi,

I''ve implemented a File.group method for the win32-file-security
library. I
figured if I implemented that, I could implement File.grpowned? I think I
almost have it, but I''m not sure if I got it completely right.

Please feel free to take a look (latest source in git) and tell me what you
think.

I fixed some problems of the code and committed it.
I think the pointer offset addition of the whole win32-utils project
must be reviewed for 64bit compatibility.

Agreed about 64bit compatibility. I fixed the HANDLE types on most of the
win32utils libs, but I haven''t checked pointer offset addition.

I guess we need to go through all of the libs and test them against 64bit
Ruby. Other than win32-process, I don''t think they''ve been
tested.
