Agreed about 64bit compatibility. I fixed the HANDLE types on most of the
win32utils libs, but I haven''t checked pointer offset addition.
I guess we need to go through all of the libs and test them against 64bit
Ruby. Other than win32-process, I don''t think they''ve been
tested.
