win32utils devel - Nov 2007 - Win32::Daemon rewrite?

Now that we have callback support, and with the recent additions to the 
Windows::Synchronize and Windows::Thread modules in the windows-pr 
library (in CVS), is there any reason Win32::Daemon can''t be made pure
Ruby?
