Vorbis - Jul 2011 - Conversion of OGG to wav with vorbis.acm

I would like to know that whether vorbis.acm supports conversion of OGG to
wav format.

We'd answer if we knew... you may need to contact the authors of
vorbis.acm (it is not a product of xiph.org). It is an old, abandoned
partial implementation of the Vorbis codec that was not 100% compliant
with the Vorbis spec.  I'm not aure that anyone has tried to use it in
close to 10 years.
