"vorbis-tools-1.4.0.zip" is source only and the "1.5K" is strange ... http://www.rarewares.org/ogg-oggenc.php has a binary but the download link is broken ... now I apparently finally got the file by "manually fixing" the link and I'm going to to test "oggenc2.87-1.3.1-generic.zip" 1'687'538 "oggenc2.exe" 3'361'792 2010-04-15 15:27" the binary seems really BIG ... About the names "OGGENC" and "OGGDEC" IIRC I had already whined ... I'd prefer a monolithic "VORBIS.EXE" binary with both encoding and decoding support. I'll report the test results later, also I'm going to make a separate post on the "OGG thing".
