Vorbis - Nov 2009 - iTunes plugin help, please?

Hello,

I'm afraid this is a terribly noobish issue, but I can't figure out how
to
install you FLAC/OGG plugin for iTunes.  I read the ReadMe file that came
with the download, but it wasn't terribly specific on WHERE the file is
supposed to be copied in the library.  I tried copying it to the
library/iTunes/Plugins folder, but nothing happened.

Could you please help me out with a walkthrough on how to do this?

From the Read Me:

To install simply copy the "XiphQT" component bundle into the
Library/Components folder in your home directory. To install the XiphQT
component system-wide
copy it into the Library/Components in your system's root folder. Create the
destination folder if it doesn't exist.
