Vorbis - Oct 2002 - Ogg portable player...

Does anyone know if someone is planning one of these?  I've seen
comments about oggs on a pda, but I'm more interested in something like
an iPod.  I wrote apple and haven't received a response for weeks.  I'm
wondering if anyone else has had better results.

I have heard murmurs/mumbles from selected few manufacturers that vorbis 
support is coming, but I am yet to see anything actually out there, save some 
car players (like the empeg).
