Vorbis - Jun 2001 - 0stream 0.7.0

hello,

there is a new release of ostream, which is a vorbis live streaming
software for windows. ostream encodes (with oggenc) and streams live
input from a soundcard to an icecast2 server. low bitrate and mono
streams are possible, multiple streams are also supported. mp3
streaming isn't available anymore.

Is anyone currently writing an OCX for VB developers so that we may create
.ogg files with GUI instead of the command line encoder?
