You haven't explained what player you're using, so it's pretty hard
to give
a useful answer. It is certainly possible, but it depends on what you're
using.
At the application level, libvorbis/vorbisfile just produces, as output,
buffers of PCM audio. It's up to the application to then do something with
that - like sending it to your favourite audio device.
