[Vorbis-dev] Request to change Xiph Trac date format ("07/03/06" = ?)

Would be great if someone could change
the date format displayed in Trac tickets.
I just read "07/03/06" and wondered what
part is which. YYYY-MM-DD would be great.

I applied the patch for this, and it appeared to work. Let me know if  
you notice any problems.
