Vorbis dev - Mar 2008 - [rfc] Rename folder in repository: ogg/libogg, vorbis/libvorbis

Windows builds have been referencing files
in libogg and libvorbis "for ages".
I wonder if you would mind renaming these
directories to better fit into our current
build architecture. Don't worry, I won't
"just do it".

Would this come with any downsides?
Please let me know what you think.

I believe this is so because at first things like the
documentation/RFCs/etc and the applications were supposed to be
contained in one place, which is not the case anymore.  Still, I would
not advise to rename the directories, because it's likely to break
something (external links and whatnot).
