Vorbis dev - Nov 2007 - Error in sample code in the Vorbis specification

According to ticket 681 [1] there is an error in a line of the Floor1
code.  Can anyone check if this is the case?

On a closer inspection, the sample code in the documentation was
modified into a different direction, so the ticket should probably be
closed as invalid.
