Vorbis dev - Feb 2006 - sdp mimetype

I'm confused about the case of "vorbis"
In http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/vorbis/doc/draft-kerr-avt-vorbis-rtp-05.txt
section 6.1: 
... "vorbis" goes in SDP "a=rtpmap" ...
the example uses:
 a=rtpmap:98 VORBIS/44100/2

my question: is "vorbis" or "VORBIS" correct?

BTW: same question to theora mimtype.

Exception: it is just the opposite case.

I believe 'vorbis' is correct, but the field is actually case 
insensitive.

Luca, the latest draft has the same discrepancy; can you lowercase
the one in the a parameter?
