Nope - no such bug known in oggenc. I can't imagine any way oggenc could do
what is described in this bug report (stop encoding after a long period of
time, but without exiting, just (apparently) hanging), unless it's just
blocked on reading from input.
It's likely an arecord bug (possibly an unsigned 32 bit number overflowing
and
causing it to stop - at -q 0, 180 MB of output is going to be around 4 GB of
input). Though I can't guarantee oggenc has no such overflows (though I
don't
think it does), I know any such bug in the file-length handing would cause it
to exit, not hang.
