I will also point out that this release includes a few important fixes
from Todd C. Miller to the Windows TAP facing code, which makes tinc
less prone to the TAP-Win32 device getting "stuck". In particular it
fixes issues where tinc would stop working after the computer wakes up
from standby mode.
