tinc - Mar 2011 - tinc will connect to a vde_switch instance ?

Hi,

  Can any one explain what the following can be used for ?
  I want to know , so that i can use it in the future

Have a look at http://vde.sourceforge.net/. Basically, it makes it easy to
interconnect tinc with things that can also connect to VDE (like virtual
machines).
