As part of feasible to use a intra only Theora for bayer patern video is a
good idea as the intra compression of Theora is better than the jpeg
compression, even is easy to extend the specification for this purpose, the
only need is to add a new color space for the bayer data and redefine the
pixel format for this color space to indicate the exact pattern. (Chapter 6
of the Theora specification)
