FT doesn't support lossless at all. FFMPEG supports HuffYUV and
YUV4MPEG (uncompressed).

I doubt that Theora-lossless would be doable/useful ... maybe
OGG-HuffYUV could be a more interesting idea ?

Dirac's format is frozen for quite some time now (and tools produce that 
format).
