theora - Aug 2007 - XiphQT Installer for Microsoft Windows Created

Next,
the Xiph.Org Foundation releases an Installer for the Xiph Quicktime
Components under Windows.

Before I upload it to //xiph.org I would appreciate if someone would
test it for me.  The implementation is simple, and I did test it, but
better safe than sorry.

//saoshyant.paramnesiac.net/temp/XiphQT.exe

That's the installer.  Tests from Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and/or Vista
will be appreciated.

If you would like to help improve the NSIS script, you may find it at

Works for me on MS Windows XP Pro, Version 2002, Service Pack 2.

Yeah, that's what an installation usually is.

I don't know how to solve this.  It appears to be a XiphQT problem,
and I'm not the XiphQT developer; I only created the installer.  We
will look into this, however.

Meanwhile, can you make sure that the XiphQT.qtx file is under the
QuickTime\QTComponents folder?  Have you retstarted QuickTime?
