This question is not Theora-related but probably Vorbis related.
Ogg/Vorbis-files should be converted to wav to play in most CD-players:
ogg123 -d wav -f foo.wav foo.ogg
I will assume that you know how to make an audio-cd from a bunch of
wav-files.
