theora dev - Jan 2008 - encoder_example does not created in theora-exp project

hi all,

 I got a copy of theora experiment sources(
http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/theora-exp/) from the theora svn and I was able to
generate the make file and make the project successfully.

But the problem is that it does not create an executable for the
encoder_example (executable for player_example was created). So can anyone
please tell me the reason for this and how can i change this to create an
executable for encoder_example
