Syslinux - Apr 2017 - HDT-Project down for a few days now?

It now been a few days, and wondering if someone might know the status?

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: 
http://www.hdt-project.org/wiki/hdt-0.5.0

    Connection to 204.232.192.182 failed.

The system returned: (110) Connection timed out

Hasn't been updated in some time, but I regularly check the site.

It looks like Rackspace had some sort of outage and the server didn't come
back up automatically.
