The patch (despite your findings in older code) is 100% functional when displaying lss16 images. Probably it would be better if you can keep polishing/fixing the code and then publishing a final patch at the end of your job. If not I'm afraid tracing tiny patches (like the ones you just sent) on this broad issue could become a nightmare to trace. Thanks for your effort. Best, Patrick

However, I will defer to the preferences of the maintainers. What is preferred?
