Syslinux - Aug 2012 - [PATCH 0/4] Support sector size >512 for GPT MBR

Here there are 4 patches to support sector size >512
(actually tested with 4K).

First 3 patches reduce code size to allow some code to be added.

Compiled all 3 versions of gptmbr (to test that code added fit into the
sector)

  Recover 3 bytes avoid a call
  Save some bytes adding a function to set bx before read_sector
  Reduce size reducing a message
  Support sectors >512
