Syslinux - Jun 2010 - Help wanted: NEWS file update

As the 4.00 release gets closer, I could really use help going through
the git log and updating the NEWS file.

A good starting point is "git shortlog syslinux-3.86..pathbased", but
it
needs to be turned into human-legible bullet points ;)
