[syslinux] booting a CD via pxelinux

Hallo,

I can boot Linux kernels via pxelinux, I can boot floppy disks via  
pxelinux - can I boot a (bootable) CD-Image via pxelinux?

Or have I to mount it first somewhere and then look into it to find the  
boot start?
