Syslinux - Sep 2005 - compiling tftp-hpa-040 under Solaris 8

Wondering if the fix for this has been found?  I'm having the same thing
with Solaris 10.

Apparently Solaris "ar" won't create an empty archive.  Someone I
seem
to recall posted a patch on the list which fixes it, but I can't seem to 
find it at the moment.

I just uploaded tftp-hpa-0.40.1 which I hope will take care of the 
Solaris build problem.
