Syslinux - Jun 2005 - Patch to tftpd rewrite \L handling

Hi all,

I noticed tftpd does not munge the case of expansions (eg. \1, \2, etc)
when in \L..\E or \U..\E blocks.  The attached patch fixes this
behaviour.
