This version has the missing syslinux.exe file, plus a few minor fixes to libcom32 (in particular, ARP should no longer time out while sitting in the menu.) I still want to fix sparse files (easy) and symlinks (a bit harder) in extlinux before releasing 3.08 proper, so this isn't a release candidate yet. -hpa
