Syslinux - Jan 2004 - Boot Loader´s Manager

Is there any boot-loader?s manager ???. I.e. using this program the user could
install Grub, Libo and Syslinux and active / deactive ( mote to MBR the excution
commands) using a box to mark the desired active BootLoader.
